It depends on what you mean by "unique." The top three names on our boys' list are: Santiago, Orlando and Rodrigo.
I also really like Jago, a Cornish form of James, but we would be unlikely to use it since my family would pronounce it Ha-go. More Cornish names here:

The most "out there" name that I can't help but love is Utah. I can't imagine that I'd ever use it, but a girl can dream. I suppose it's my guilty pleasure name.
Sullivan is one of my faves! Someone mentioned Cassius and I like that. I also like some historic names such as: Ulysses, Winston, Cormac, Augustus, Amadeus, Walter, Quincy, Rutherford, Chester, Theodore, Fitzgerald, Lyndon, Jefferson...
And I like some literary names: Montague, Lysander, Lennox, Dante...
