Adoption seminar

Steve and I went to an adoption seminar that was "required" from our agency on Saturday.  All in all, it was a good day, and just made me even more ready and anxious (is that possible?) for the day to come when our buzzing baby Z comes along.  I just wanted to update for anyone that remembers me (and if you lurk on TTTC or SAIF you can let them know for me- it's just not good for my mental health to be there right now!).  Also, my sister just began a blog and I wanted to comment on it without her reading my own (yeah, not ready for that, either), so my blog has become private.  I would be more than happy to allow you girls or anyone from the other boards, so just request it or e-mail me or whatever you need to do.  We have completed the process EXCEPT to be placed with a baby, so I may have some info some of you are interested in.  Hope everyone is doing well, and take care!

    I remember you from TTTC as well!  And if I remember right you live pretty close to where I do!  Which agency are you using?

    We are using the Catholic Diocese of Charlotte.  We have been with them through the whole process, sice february, and LOVE them- they are totally great.  You don't have to be Catholic to use them, either!  Where do you live and which agency are you using?

    I remember you from TTC too!  I still lurk over there, but its probably not good for my mental health either.  I wish you the best of luck with everythingSmile  We have been waiting about the same amount of time.  I hope you get chosen soon too!

    TTC #1 w/ endo since Sept 2005. After many losses, a lap, tons of meds and tons of testing and, one failed IVF cycle, we were blown away with a surprise, sticky BFP...it's a girl!!! Lilypie Second Birthday tickers
