I went to Gymbo at Keystone today, and the manager told me that Clay Center and Bloomington are having a special sale tomorrow (Sunday) night from 6-8 p.m. They have a lot of extra stuff, so sale items are 20% off like they are all weekend, but they are adding another 20% off on top of that. And then they will take your 20% off coupon! She said it's a lot of fall stuff, so you can stock up for next year!

Christie, Do you have any idea if this is on sale? I'm assuming if it was it would show up as on sale online too.

The sale only extends through this weekend, right?

I desperately want 2 of those hats, but was maybe going to go Monday with my 20% coupon, but wondering if it's beneficial to go tomorrow. (Although it looks like the other hop to me line is on sale, so it might be a good excuse to get some other cute things)

Hmm, I didn't look at the boys stuff much, but I don't think it was. If I remember right, it was on a side wall that wasn't on sale. I say go tomorrow around 5:30 or so and stake it out before the sale starts at 6!

Why do I suck at understanding this?!

Why does the sale start at 6 PM? It doesn't go all day? The store usually closes at 5pm on Sundays at CT.

It's okay. Smile It's a special sale after hours (6-8 p.m.) at just two stores tomorrow night--Clay Terrace and Bloomington. I guess they have a lot of extra stuff to get rid of, so that's why they are doing it. So, this weekend at ALL Gymbo stores they are doing 20% already marked down items. Tomorrow night, these two stores will also have another 20% off on top of the 20% off all stores are doing now. Then you can also use your 20% off coupon. Does that make more sense?

I work with the husband of the manager at hamilton town center, and she was telling me they asked her to work it (at clay terrace), and she said no way b/c she thinks it's going to be mass chaos. I guess there are going to be big boxes of stuff to dig through.

Kathy, there were some girls' frogs things on the sale racks at hamilton town center--not sure if they are putting all of their merchandise out for that sale or just the fall things.

Are there any sources of 20% off coupons now besides the baby sale mailer?

I think there are coupons in the parenting magazines if you have one. If you are going to buy a lot might be worth getting one.

I had to run back into hamilton town center to get my hold, and she said that clay terrace is closing from 5 to 6 on Sunday, then the box sale starts at 6. Kathy,the frog hats aren't on sale--if you have the 20% off coupon, you could use that, but that's the only discount.

Kathy, they did have that whale polo on clearance in 18-24, but I wasn't sure if you had it already.

They did have boxes of smart kitty and another purple/green line today that I went through and bought a ton of stuff for Lauren for next year super cheap. I'm so tempted to go tomorrow, but 1. that's a super inconvenient time and 2. Mass chaos...

Andrea, how much was smart kitty? AT HTC, a lot of the shirts were 4.99-6.99 before the 20%--was it cheaper than that?

That sounds about right. I was just so surprised at how much they had. Pretty much all the line in every size. Did they anything else like at HTC?

They had a lot of merry & bright & girl's best friend. I also found the frog raincoat in 6-12 month--it was $35 before the discounts but they only had 1.
