OMG I might have a finalization date!!!

As of today, it looks as though we will be going to court to finalize our divorce on May 23, 2011. For those of you who don't know my back story, I filed for divorce on August 6, 2007 and because of many factors, the most recent being his refusal to split our debt 50/50, the finalization has been postponed.

This is the closest I have ever been to actually seeing an end to this personal hell. STBX will no longer be able to control me in any way shape or form in regards to us still being married. I cannot wait! Hopefully he will actually be able to appear.
