Re: Smoothie recipes
I don't have actual measurements, because I eyeball it with our magic bullet (so I make individual ones in the cups). But, I put:
Just under an inch of calcium enriched orange juice
two big spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt
One small ice cream scoop of Dole mango/peach frozen yogurt
3/4 to a whole banana
fill it up the rest of the way to the top with assortment of frozen fruit (I like the mix with peaches, strawberries, and blueberries)
They are amazing, and I have one about every day.
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup oj
1 banana
2 tsablespoons of honey
Blend!
I like adding some wheatgerm for extra nutrients.

I don't measure.
1 small serving size container yogurt (Greek or whatever)
frozen mango/strawberries until I feel like it

Mix together a banana, handful of walnuts, vanilla yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend.
Soooo good
I also eyeball it:
1 banana
4-5 strawberries (depending on size)
handful of blue berries
4-5 blackberries (optional)
1% milk
small spoonful of pure sugar
Fantastic and filling!
Btw thank you for posting this because I got some great ideas that I plan to try starting tomorrow
My favorite smoothie ever, also called Tulum:
(I don't measure, sorry)
-frozen banana
-peanut butter
-milk (I use soymilk usually)
-pinch of bee pollen
-a few ice cubes
Blend, and enjoy! It surprisingly tastes chocolatey.
