Phew (update on Liam)...

Okay, took Liam (3) for his followup eval for Speech & OT (preschool screening). Most importantly I found a sitter for Keegan (thanks MIL), so I had time to talk to the therapists about what issues they noticed at last weeks eval with his OT.

After the session with the OT therapist she said that she was surprised that I disagreed with her after last week's eval - but after this session that she understood why.. what a different kid she met today ; ) He was probably just being shy & she see's no issues with his OT. I guess he was having a hard time transitioning between each activity & flat out refused to do some activities. But today he remembered her & went right in & followed her around.

Also I am so proud of him.. they don't like parents to help with bathroom visits. He told her he had to go, & she brought him in to the bathroom (I just told her to remind him to point it down) & he did everything by himself! Yay! They evaluate everything the child does, even to see if he could put his coat on by himself (which he can & did).
