Friday Shredding Check In

I'M BACK!!!!  Bye bye stomach bug, hello Jillian!  Okay so I really had to push it today after my 4 day hiatus and it was a bit rough but I did not phone it in.  I was actually able to do the final row/ leg lift move from the full plank position today and I was pumped!!! I am getting sad about only technically having 4 more days left of this original shred but I will reassess my progress after the 4 days and decide if I am really done.  My goal is to hand with Natalie before I am "done".  The 4 day stomach bug may have done some damage there. 

I see we have a few new Shredders in our midst...awesome!  I know those 20 minutes can be rough but you will see inches fall off if you put your all into this program.  My goal pants (i.e.  pants I wore at my wedding reception in 2006 which I thought would never see the light of day again!) are proof of that!

By the way, whenever I do finish this 30DS, I plan on doing Jillian's "Shred it with Weights".  I hope this will give me some extra definition in my arms...which are already on their way to looking fine due to all those push ups!

  • I'll be doing D16, L2 this afternoon!  It's so much easier to do it in the afternoon.  If I wait until after LO goes to bed for the night I really lack motivation and skip more easily so this afternoon it is!  Good luck, ladies!!
  • It's so nice to see everyone trucking along.  Today was my 2nd day of level 3.  It was harder today than yesterday. 

    The weekend is here.  Stick with it!  Stay focused. You can do it!
