Prenatal Yoga

Anyone else into it?    I am actually a yoga teacher myself, but this is my first pregnancy and i'd really like to go to a regular prenatal class, partially because it seems like a good way to meet other local moms-to-be!

  • Thanks for letting me know about the Magee classes.  I think I will check that out, especially because i am probably going to have my baby there.

I am going to try a prenatal class tonight at Schoolhouse Yoga in Shadyside.

  • Yep-def into yoga!  I will also be signing up for the prenatal classes as soon as I am far enough along.  Guess you have to be past the first trimester-so I do light stretches at home.  I think it will also be a great way to meet other moms and bond with baby to be:) Pregnancy Ticker
  • Most all hospitals offer prenatal yoga classes.    Magee has one that starts 4/18 that lasts for 6 weeks.   Its Monday nights so anyone can go after work, etc.   But they offer them year round, too.    Not that expensive either.
