fuzzy belly
so um...does anyone have hair growing on their bump? this is crazy it's like 3/4 of an inch long!
f/u to blood pressure issue: nurse checked it and it was exactly where it should be. i had three days where i felt my pulse all day long in my neck, heard it when i was in bed, it freaked me out. i had bp taken at home and it was up a little. MW really didn't say anything about it since it was fine when i had it checked there. weird, but i'm so glad everything is fine!

And yes, my belly is COVERED in fuzz. Lots and lots of blond fuzz. I was sooo not expecting this part of pregnancy.
I'm glad all is fine with your blood pressure -- that's great news!
And, yes, I do have a fuzzy belly now. It's not attractive. I wouldn't say my hair is 3/4" long yet, but there's definitely more there now. As long as it stays light and falls off after the baby, I guess it's okay.

I too have this fuzzy hair...just noticed it today actually, and it's definitely one thing I wasn't expecting:)
okay it seems like you girls have blonde or light fuzz...mine happens to be brown! it's totally noticable. my mom said she had a line of hair down her back when carrying my brother but it was blonde! haha oh well as long as baby is in there healthy and growing...i can deal with the belly fuzz!

hairy boobs! oh just great! i did get a chest hair...like an actual chest hair. i let the hubs see the belly fuzz...but i plucked the chest hair and told no one but the girls on here and my mom!
my hair stylist said i could wax the belly fuzz. that's all fine and good, but i can see myself wanting waxed at nine months and the pain put me into labor...so i'll just deal with it! lol
I just came on to ask the same question! Weird!
Unfortunately, mine is more hairy, not fuzzy, with dark hairs. It's JUST where my bump is starting to stick out also, not on my sides or anything else.

haha weird! i'm exactly like you. it's almost in a perfect circle around my belly button, it's dark, and yes it could be described as hairy! i'm just worried it's going to keep spreading! will i be a sasquatch be nine months? will my MW be able to find the heartbeat through all my hair! hahah
I've got the belly fuzz, it is blond except for a line of dark hair down the middle. My boobs are starting to get fuzzy, especially around the nipple there are some long hairs.
I recall someone saying getting hairy means you are having a boy, but I'm having a girl. Maybe getting hairy is just part of pregnancy in general.

I've got the fuzz and a thicker line of hair going down my bump. It's also blond, but much darker than the blond hair that grows on my arms and legs.
What about back hair, ladies? Hair on my lower back has grown like crazy! It kinda grosses me out.
