So, what's the verdict on the Britax Blink?  I saw your message to Kari on FB, but am interested in other comments you might have.

    My initial though when I saw the giant box was, "What the heck have I done?"

    It is big.  And heavy. Qu Pretty sure my Baby Jogger City Mini DOUBLE weighs less.

    That said, once I got it out and assembled it, I started liking it better.

    Here's what I like:

    Quality is Amazing.  It was part of the finger chopping recall, and even the little covers for the hinges are well thought out (and included, which was nice). 

    Flip Flop friendly brake(open and closed), and it also locks BOTH wheels whenever you push one.  I have done it a few times barefoot and it's great.

    Color.  I got the blue one with the dots, and it's so much better in person than online.  I would like this even for a girl. 

    The push is great, maybe as good as the BJCM. 

    The HARNESS is really great.  It adjusts from all sides, and with one hand.  Love that flexibility because I was able to tighten it for baby and loosen it for toddler in a snap.  Love the footrest and the recline.  Easy-peasy to adjust (NOT like the BJCM).  Love the expanded sunshade (great for an umbrella stroller)..  Love the carry strap, and the auto catch when you fold it. 

    What I don't like:

    Nonexistant basket (but hey, it's an umbrella)

    Weigh/size.  If I had a decent single (I have the cheap Kolcraft single piece of JUNK), I wouldn't keep it, it's not saving me all that much room.  But since I have the K as my single, this is a dream.  And it takes up probably half the footprint in the car, so I can fit it with the BJCM. 

    Seems to tip backward easily.  But again, most umbrellas do this. 

    No cup holder, but I already bought a universal sunshine kids one for the BJCM, so I'm all set. 

    So....Verdict is that since it's so much better than my stupid Kolcraft single, I love it.  But, if I had the money, I'd really rather buy the Joovy Cooper (Kooper?)  But at 1/4th the price, I'm totally good with it.  And I LOVE the print.  Love it.

    Thanks for the thorough reply.  I really appreciate your viewpoint and review.  I think it's persuaded me not to order it, just because I have a pretty good stroller and I don't think this one's functions are different enough to justify purchasing it. 

    I also loved the pattern of that one!  I'm glad to hear that it's as cute (or cuter) in person than online.

    Yeah, I can totally see why you would stick with your single.  I would, too, if I were you! 

    Thanks for the compliment on the avatar!  It's a new pic and the only one I had on this computer, so I haven't "advertised" it anywhere.  I am struggling with the editing on it, those plastic hats are giving me fits.  Figured no one could tell if it was tiny, lol!
