White noise machine for toddler?

H has been sleeping with a humidfier for the past couple of weeks and it seems to help her sleep better/longer. I'm assuming it's because of the noise, which drowns out all the random sounds in our house while she sleeps. She's never slept with a white noise machine before. Do you think it's too late to get her one? Or should we go back to no noise?

I (and hopefully D) love ours. Our house is small and the sound resonates throughout. Between the whitenoise machine and humidifier, her room stays quiet even when our house is full of guests yelling at the superbowl game

I posted recently about if I need to get rid of mine or anything and have since decided to keep it till D tells me she doesn't like it, and by then we'll hopefully be in a larger, quieter house.
