  I washed the cover. Like you said - it comes in close contact with the baby so it got washed.

  I too washed the covers.....not the pillow though.

  I don't think the cover got washed. It was probably on the "to do" list while I was on bedrest, but I don't think it ever got done. I usually don't put her in it without a burp cloth under her face though.
