thankful Thursday anyone?

I don't think there's an official theme post for Thursdays is there? Since FFFC is tomorrow, maybe we should offset it w/thankful Thursday? Anyone want to play? I'll start: I'm thankful that DH is finally as excited about TTC again as I am, and we both can't wait to start trying again in March.

Good for you Ra - always nice when you and DH are on the same page!

Its been a rough couple of weeks for me with work being insane, everyone (including myself) getting sick, starting WW...and this god-foresaken winter that is just DRAGGING....at the end of the day, I get to come home to DH and DD...and for that I am eternally grateful. Crying

Just last night I was praying and giving thanks (something I don't do much unfortunately). I'm thankful for everyone being healthy, having jobs, having family and friends. You know, the usual stuff that you take for granted once in a while, but I'm very grateful for.

For my bebe's, DH, crazy dog, home and DH's job.

This might be an odd one, but I think I am all the more thankful because I feared the worst when the protests in Egypt began. I am thankful that the citizens of Egypt were able to band together to get what they wanted and are, for the most part, safe. I am fascinated by them and the events over there and I think they were/are very brave. I keep getting chill bumps seeing all the people chanting en masse. I am grateful that they showed the world that many people passionately working for/demanding one goal can make big changes. We desperately need that reminder/example.

I am thankful for Teagan's sitter, Miss Stephanie. She is such a blessing. Her 2 boys are 9 & 7. They adore T. I'm not sure what we would have done for daycare if she hadn't volunteered to watch T. The icing on the cake is that she lives across the street from us and I have known her for years.

I'm thankful that I have such a wonderful daughter who makes me happy and amazed every day. I'm thankful that I married a truly good man who loves his daughter?and her mom?with all his heart. And I'm thankful for my dad who's an amazing grandfather and who took the best possible care of my mom up until her last day here?and I'm thankful that even after the intense year we've had, he still looks at the bright side of things.
