Maternity Scrubs?

Does anyone know of a good website to get CUTE maternity scrubs?  The only ones I can find are plain, but I want something colorful and pretty. I dont wanna buy the scrubs that say "im pregnant and this is all i can fit into!"

Re: Maternity Scrubs?

  • I have to wear scrubs for school and work  but they have to be solid color, no design.. My mom bought me the Cherokee brand navy scrubs for work but I have not need to wear them yet..everyone at work last Friday said they could tell I am showing now. Not sure where you could look..sorry

  • I have yet to check online...but at my local store they primarily had solid colors and a few cute tops.  Unfortunately, they wanted nearly $40 for them.  I need to get looking as well!

  • I just bought regular maternity tops and a size up in a lab jacket. I bought pant with the drawstring and even found a pair with a wide soft waistband that I bought in a bigger size. I never bought maternity scrubs specifically when I was working. This advice may be of no help at all if you have a strict dress code though.

Lurking from TTGP....A lot of women I work with that are pregnant do this. We have a pretty strict uniform but they allow the pregnant women to use the uniform lab jacket with a shirt under it.

  • I am still ok in my medium scrubs, but will just buy a size up when I have to.

  • I guess I wear my scrubs larger than needed normally so I just wore my regular scrubs that had a drawstring on them. My tops that were oversized to begin with fit up until 3 weeks before I delievered (that was the last time I worked before having my DD). Other girls I worked with got to wear plain maternity tops with scrub pants and that seemed to work for them.
  • If pants are your problem, I read a DIY way to make them...

Just take your regular scrubs and cut off the top.

Buy a stretchy camisole (like a bra tank) and cut off the top of the tank.

Sew the cut part of the cami to the top of the scrubs that you cute (so the actually bottom of the cami is the "top" of your new maternity pant).

Does that make sense? Just thought it was a great idea and read it worked great!

Here is a link (with jeans, but you get the idea):

  • I did a search online for greys anatomy maternity scrubs because I like the brand. The maternity scrubs are really nice, just ran a little big.

This! I already told my boss I would be wearing t-shirts with my scrub bottoms in a few weeks when my tops don't fit anymore.

  • Seeing that I have to wear solid navy and that my boss is an a-hole (has already made comments that I was wearing a black tank instead of white and you could see it...it is insanely hard to find white maternity tanks without going online) I just bought a pair of the Cherokee materinty ones. I love them :) I ordered a second pair, but they won't be here for a couple of weeks. Luckily, my Grey's scrubs still fit, but not for much longer. I can't help w/ the patterened ones, but check out allheart.com. Good luck!
