Or something?
I mean it seems like within days he's outgrown the last of his 18 month clothing (I guess that makes sense as he's almost 18 months old) and his shoe size went from a 5.5 to a 6 (or at least his 5's seemed tight). And he's in size 5 diapers now. He was peeing through the 4s and has been fine with the 5s at night, so I ordered more diapers (daytime) in 5 as well.
And he's sleeping like crazy. It used to be 8-8:30 pm to 6:30 am but some days he's waking at 7:30 or later. If he wakes before 7:30, he takes 2 naps (both are at least 1 hour, but one is usually closer to 2 hours) and if he wakes at 8 am (rare) he just takes 1 nap.
He finally has all 4 first-year molars and he has the tips of 3 of 4 canines poking out. The pacifier is his best friend--and until recently he only used it at bedtime but now he's figured out how to unzip my PaciPod and pop them in his mouth.
Crazy stuff.
Re: 18 Month Growth Spurt?
My Blog

Yeah, there's def. a growth spurt around this time. Adrian suddently outgrew all his 18-month clothes and even some of the 24-month stuff is tight on him, especially onesies. He's more comfortable in 2T. And he's been taking really long naps this week, not sure why. Either the 2 days he goes to daycare really wipe him out or he's teething or he's sensitive to the cold spell we've been having.
Crazy stuff indeed!
M definately had a growth spurt. She ate non-stop and I think she grew a few inches! She was in the process of dropping her morning nap @ 18 months and her sleep was all wonky!
