DS is always pulling the inner lid off his Snack Trap, spilling food everywhere and often dropping the lid somewhere in a store (so I have to retrace my steps until I find it). Are there any that are a challenge for a toddler to take apart? Maybe ones with screw-on lids?

I don't have personal experience with this yet, but I saw an infomercial for this gyrobowl product and thought it looked pretty cool.

L has a Munchkin Snack Catcher cup and has already figured out how to spill its entire contents. I'm no help
