D3-L1 and still feeling great. I can tell a difference already in my endurance level and it gives me motivation to keep going. Hopefully you all feel better soon OP.

D4 L1 and I can tell I have more endurance. Does anyone do anything besides 30 day shred to help lose weight?
As far as exercising, I am only doing 30 day shred, and on rare occasion will throw in walk away the pounds (2 mile walk) also. As far as dieting, I am on weight watchers.

I did level 1 today just for fun. Dare I say it was easy. I did pretty well. I'm off to level 3 tomorrow. Pray for me. Haha
