I dont know much about attachment parenting but I lurked here through out my pregnancy and feel like I agree with many of the philosophies on this board. In fact a registered for my moby bc all your BW pics are so cute!!
Anyway my DS is 3 weeks and we started BWing two days ago. I was super excited to find that he LOVED it, we did it for a little longer yesterday while i got some housework done and it worked out really well. Today however I can not take him out of the wrap with out a serious fit!!! I love the snuggles but it can't be healthy for him to be worn all the time, can it? I take it off for BFing and he fips out for the time it takes to take the wrap off and my boob out. Shoud I make him spend time without me?

I agree with PP, that's the perfect place for him to be. I'd really follow his cues right now. When you take him out to do a diaper change or something see if he's happy being out for a little while, but you're certainly not going to spoil a 3 week old baby! If he's happy and comfortable being snuggled up with mommy, then keep him that way. He'll want time on his own soon enough.
Also, you'll likely need some time on your own for your own sanity sometime soon. Don't be sad about that, but don't feel like you should make him spend time on his own for his sake. He's programmed to want your comfort right now, it's natural and you shouldn't mess with that.
I wore Grace all the time when she was that age. (seriously I did, she almost never came out)
I know it's a little nerve racking to bend over with the baby in the moby but as long as you have tied tight and tucked his head in well you should be ok. If you are still nervous I found squating to do things instead of bending over to be a great workout!
You are fine. Your LO will let you know when he doesn't love it as much. He's been "worn" by you since conception and developed perfectly, right? Look into the NINO (nine in, nine out) theory or think of it this way: there are babywearing cultures in the world where for practical reasons, women do not have the luxury carrying around baby in their arms or putting them down in fancy toys. Baby MUST be worn. That is how baby relates to mom, the world, self-latches for BFing in the wrap, etc.
