I just picked up a copy of 30DS. I really want something I can do at home during naptimes.
However, I am a fitness instructor. On my busy days I teach 8 classes per week, 4 in one day, 3 in another, and 1 on another. On those 4 & 3 days there is no way that I'm going to want to be doing more exercise (for the record, my classes are of the type that I really have to do the work "full out" with my participants, so I am definitely getting a good workout).
If I do 30DS say, 4 days per week instead of 7, is it worthwhile? Or is it something that's really meant to build on itself day after day after day?
Re: Another shred question
In my opinion... I think you'd be perfectly fine doing it only those 4 days being you are working out on the other 2. The levels build on themselves - not the every day workout - if that makes any sense. I'm sure you'd see great success.
