Re: food processor, jumperoo and recepies

  • I use the Smart Stick hand mixer, I highly recommend it!  I have the Super Foods Cook Book for Babies and Kids.  It's good but I think I could have found the information online.

We have the Fisher Price Jumperoo, but my DD hasn't tried it yet.  My nephew likes it though.

  • I have just been using my magic bullet that I already owned.  It's been working great!

Avacado has been the fruit of choice this week.  I've also made steamed green beans and asparagas (OK, I probably shouldn't have introduced that yet, but it's what we had for dinner - and she only ate about a teaspoon of it).  We  tried cooked rice, but I couldn't get it smooth enough for her taste - next time I'll try grinding the rice pre-cooked.

  • I have a Ninja food processor and it works great! I don't have any recipes really, we just mash or process the fruit or veggie and thin it if necessary. I sometimes mix really runny foods with some rice cereal (store-bought - Earth's Best) to thicken it a little so he can eat it better/neater/easier.

DS has the Baby Einstein jumper and he LOVES it.
