Teething...what symptoms?

Just wondering what kind of symptoms your LO has when teething. Sienna has never had crankiness to go with it (aside from once for one molar) or any other symptoms ASIDE of course from puking.

  • We get just general crankiness. She will usually still sleep (as I type this, she is NOT though). Sometimes she wakes up crying. This is all with tylenol. I can't imagine if she didn't have something taking the edge off. Pretty much, I have to keep her distracted all day. I will take it ALL over puking though. Sorry Z!

  • We get crankiness, drooling, chewing and pulling at mouth and ears.  Sometimes he wakes up crying, but thankfully not too often.  And Aaron gets REALLY clingy. He wants to be held ALL the time.

Thankfully no puking. I feel for you, Z.  I dread the day Aaron barfs (he never has and I know eventually he will).

OMG so jealous!! I read kids have 20 first teeth. Usually she throws up an average of 3 times for each tooth that comes in. So that means by the time she has them all I will have cleaned up about 60 pukes!

  • We haven't had puke yet either. *crosses fingers and says a prayer to the puke gods* What does Sienna's pedi say about her getting sick so much? Normal? Some kids have a weaker stomach, I guess? I wonder if she'll grow out of it?

    Exactly what he says.

  • Margaux just gets cranky all the time and restless at night, and very drooly with occasional poop issues connected to the drool.  Yay.

No puking, though!  I hope she grows out of it!
