Need Positive Thoughts & Prayers Please

So, in my into post, I mentioned that the doctor is quite worried about an ectopic pregnancy as I got pregnant only six weeks after having my left ovary removed and she fears that my tubes would have still been swollen from the surgery.

I have an ultrasound booked for next Monday to determine where the pregnancy is, but last night, I ended up in the ER - the night before and all day yesterday, I'd been having increasing pain in my lower right pelvic area. Unfortunately, our local hospital does not do maternity, so they couldn't do an ultrasound, but my betas are high enough now (3400) that it is probable that they would see a sac if they had been able to do an ultrasound. So, the doctor is going to arrange with a nearby facility for an ultrasound today. So, instead of next Monday, I should find out today whether or not this baby is in the right place.

I'm absolutely terrified. We've been trying so long and had basically given up hope of conceiving without help. I'm so scared :-(

Sending you positive vibes!! I had this ultrasound done last friday. They wanted to rule out an ectopic pregnancy for me also. My ultrasound tech was awesome, she explained everything. She inserted the wand and right away you could see baby swimming around in my uterus. Hopefully yours goes the same way. GL to you. Its not a bad ultrasound at all but it is internal fyi.

I hope that everything turns out great. I had some pain on my left side with my last pregnancy. It turned out to be a corpus luteal cyst that resolved on it's own. Sending you good vibes!
