Tuesday Shredding Check In

My two year old son gave me a stomach bug...ugh!  I feel awful and there is absolutely no way I will be shredding until I get better.  I guess I am getting my cardio in with all the running to the bathroom every 5 minutes.  I pray I am over this quickly.  Being a SAHM when you are sick is NO FUN!!!

    D2, L1 today - I'm a little tight but I remember last time the first few days were rough.

  • OP - Hope you feel better!

    Today was my last day of L2.  I went an extra 3 times.  I am going to complete L1 tomorrow for sh*ts-n-giggles.  I really want to see if I can do all of the pushups and side arm raises with lunges.  Those got me before.  On Thursday then, I'll embark on to level 3.

  • D2- L1 for me. Still excited to be here, but feeling the pain today. It's a good pain and I can't wait to start seeing results! GL everyone.

  • D14 L2 just completed and it's still pretty tough but it's getting better.  I am so winded by the end and my arms burn but I'm seeing results so I'm keeping at it. 

     OP, I hope you feel better soon and can get back into the workouts!!

  • I thought I would join this group with the hope that it'll keep me motivated to complete the 30 day challenge. The farthest I have gotten is two weeks into it. So I'm on D3 L1 (again). Okay I should be on day 4 but I skipped a day due to being sick. I'm not as sore as I was the first time I tried this but I still feel it. OP feel better!
