One more thought...It'd hard to give you a cold hard NUMBER of calories because 1) you need enough nutrition to sustain milk production and 2) I don't know how active you are, your body type, height, etc. I could ballpark it but if you just eat "clean"...lots of foods from the earth, lean proteins, fruits, and exercise, it should start to come off!
