I have always tossed around the idea of naming our son the family name Turner. My brother will MOST likely not be passing the last name down to anyone since children will not be happening for him, and he is the last Turner in the family tree.
Is Turner a weird name? I go through times where I LOVE it, then I freak a little and change my mind. I'm not loving any other boy names and my husband loves the idea of Turner, so much so he is practically at the engravers. WDYT?!

I like Turner alot. That's my mother's maiden name. I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my maiden name if we had a girl.
My thoughts exactly. I really like it.
Its pronounced An-del.
And no, Paige isn't on the list, lol. Its just every boy name I think about is gaining in popularity or I don't love it. I'm not totally in love with Turner Nathan, but I'm doubting myself with everything else too. Its what my husband really loves, and I'm into it. I just don't want to regret it. I don't know. I like more traditional and classic names and I have only met one person with this as a first name and he owned it. I just keep second guessing myself.
i actually really like turner. imo, it's not as likely to become nearly as popular as carter/ carson/ parker but it seems so familiar at the same time. i would definitely go with it, especially because it's a family name. i that aspect of it will help prevent you from ever disliking it.
do it!
Ditto ! My kids' names are Brady and Nolan...I love surnames. Turner is CUTE!
I like it when it has meaning, like this does.
Its tradition where I'm from. H and I struggle with it though because we really like the name we would use, but its SUPER trendy right now. Ugh.
