baby shower venues/ideas in waltham/watertown/worcester area?

I know this is a broad area but we have family in the Worcester area as well as Metro Boston area so either way someone has to travel an hour.

We would like to have something not necessarily co-ed, but fun for the guys.

Any recommendations on a venue that is next to or close to a pool hall?

Or any venues that offer a separate space for the guys? Intimate for the women and fun for the guys?

Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    My wedding shower was held at the Crowne Plaza in Natick on Rt. 9.  It was very  food was great.  I can't think of a pool hall that's nearby, but Rt. 9 has countless stores, restaurants, bars, etc.  It wouldn't be hard at all for them to all go someplace and watch a game and get some beers.  There is a Joes American Bar and Grill across the street in Shopper's World that has a pretty nice bar set up.  Plus, Framingham/Natick is about halfway for everyone.  Perhaps a little closer for the Boston crew, but not by much.

    Thanks! Route 9 is a good asset. I'll have to look into what else is along the road.
