It's a book of personal stories about VBACs. I just used it sort of as inspiration to get me there when I kept doubting my ability to do it. If I recall correctly, they aren't all success stories but are real stories of women trying for VBACs. It's a quick read but I'd recommend getting it at the library if you are interested.
Hope this list helps! Some of these books I only read parts of, and others I read cover to cover two or three times each (the italicized titles). But they are all great resources, so check them out on Amazon or a half-price bookstore to save $$

I've looked at all these VBAC specific books on Amazon and I'm afraid if I buy them, I will jinx myself.
Ridiculous, I know.

I remember feeling that way too Iris Maybe you could just browse them at the bookstore, or maybe even "borrow" them from the library... However you get your hands on them, I highly recommend reading at least a couple of them just for the birth stories/testimonial sections

Re: Books?
One of the books (other than the ones that you mentioned) that I actually enjoyed when I thought I wouldn't is Don't Cut Me Again
