Do any of you use a healthy eating cookbook? such as Eat Clean cookbook, etc? I would like to try one but was curious which one you all would recommend.
Thanks ladies!

I really like Skinny Italian. Recipes are fresh and healthy and very tasty. It is much more than pasta dishes: pizza, chicken, fish, soups, salads, etc. She also gives a great intro on Italian cooking versus American-Italian cooking, ingredients, staples to have, techniques, etc. Plus, the recipes are all easy and fast!
Not sure what you are looking for but I love LOVE my book "Cook Yourself Thin". (You may have seen their show on the Lifetime network). They don't omit any food group or keep you from yummy comfort foods or desserts. Its all about subsituting in different types/amounts of ingredients to get amazing flavor but they cut the calories almost in half! They have an amazing Turkey meatloaf receipe that my DH and DD both devour. I omit the egg (DD has a food allergy) but it still comes out almost exactly the same. I have just started reading "Double Delicious" by Jessica Seinfeld and she has a lot of great quick fairly healthy recipes as well. She likes to use fresh all natural stuff which is great because my family is trying to steer away from packaged/process foods. Hope this helped!
