40+ week check-in!

Happy EDD to me and all the other February 7thers! Party!!! Please tell me I'm not the last one standing!

So for anyone who's near, at or past her due date ... what's the status? Plans for induction, etc. Any progress or symptoms of labor?

I have a doctor's appointment Wednesday where we'll "talk options" if I haven't had the baby by then. I'm not hugely optimistic because at my appointment last week I wasn't dilated at all and my cervix was still high. (That internal hurt like a mofo!)

I also have had few contractions and my MP appears to be firmly in place I'm guessing that if we have to induce, it'll be sometime next week (so 7-10 ish days past my EDD.)

Labor dust to me and anyone else with a lovebug still on the inside!

Yesterday was my due date and I wm still here and working to keep myself busy. I go to the doctors tomorrow and I will pick be c setion date then. I am hoping to have it later in the week or early next week. LAst aapointment showed no dialiation and if I have had any contractions they have not hurt at all, so I have not noticed them.

My due date was yesterday (Feb 6) as well. On Friday I was 2 cm and 75%. I have felt some contractions but they are not very strong. My next Dr. appointment is on Thursday and hopefully I will have my LO by then.

I am 5 days past my EDD - I am scheduled for induction on Weds the 9th

Still at work.... I think today will be my last day, I may need a relaxation day tomorrow before we head to the hospital on Weds a.m.

Still hanging on to that little bit of hope that she will come on her own....

I am here and miserable because a few days ago, I used toilet paper that I am allergic to. I am so irritated and sore and benadryl isn't helping. We will see what my OB will say today but labor is the last thing I want right now!!!

She said with NSTs and BPPs she would let me go to 42 weeks though.

I was due on the 4th. I have been 1-2cms 80% dilated since around 36 weeks. I have a lot of braxton hicks but no real contractions. My dr. has the inductions scheduled for the 16th (12 days past due date). I hope he comes on his own soon!

I am 40w0d today, and at my last appointment was FT dilated and about 50% effaced. The LO is at a -4 station and not dropping at all. My doctor casually mentioned that he would induce me around 40w5d to 41w0d, so I am sure we will have a more serious discussion about it at tomorrow's appointment. Until then, I'll be working to keep myself occupied.

Happy EDD to me as well

No contractions and MP in place...however with my first son, I had no signs either and then my water broke on my EDD. Fingers crossed the same happens this time around. I have a Dr. appt today so we'll see what happens.

I was due last Friday and so far have nothing going on. I have an appointment on Wednesday to do a non-stress test and check fluid levels then my doctor and I will talk about a plan. I am hoping for a med free birth and want to avoid pitocin if I can, but obviously I am more concerned with having a healthy baby so we'll just see how everything goes. I just hope he comes on his own soon, the anticipation is killing me!

At 39w I was 2cm, 80%, -1. Lost plug, no contractions. Appt. this week, but unofficial induction is @ 40w6d.

Happy EDD to me as well. Last Tuesday I was 2 cm and 70% effaced. The doctor stripped my membrances then as well. I have had contractions every night but no baby. I have a doctor's appointment in about an hour and I am sure we will discuss my induction date for next week. I really hope this baby comes before then. Waiting really is the hardest part.

Today is my EDD also!! At my last appointment last week I was 1cm & she was still up high!! I have an appointment today & hoping for better news I have been having lots of BH's, but no other signs! My midwife said she wouldn't even discuss an induction or what not until I was 1wk past EDD. Crossing my finger she comes on her own, I don't really want to be PG on Valentines Day!

#$%& As of today I've been stuck at 1 cm for at least 2 weeks (2 weeks ago was my first check). My induction starts Thursday night so he will be here soon no matter what, but I'm still frustrated. I'm 40 weeks and 1 day. And still working. :-P Some days I have lots of BH contractions and others not as many. Nothing timeable. I guess I just hope the induction is successful. If it didn't work I'd lose my mind!

My EDD was on Saturday and I'm not feeling much progress. At my last appointment on Thursday I was still only 1cm and 70% effaced, station -1. MP still in place. I go back to the doctor tomorrow evening, but i still feel like the baby is up high. I don't have an induction date, but last time I was told that we could wait as long as 10 days after EDD.

Although I wish everyone a smooth and soon delivery, it's nice to know i'm not the only one waiting for baby!

Also due today! No signs of anything yet though Sad We have a scheduled induction on the 14th though I am hoping she will come this week sometime.

I went in for my appt today and nothing has changed since last Friday (still 2 cm dilated, 70% effaced). I've had some contractions but nothing regular. My MW said the baby could come tomorrow, or in 2 weeks...next week (41w) we'll do a NST and ultrasound and determine where to go from there. With DD, that appt. is when we decied to induce, which I'm hoping to avoid this time around.

I was due yesterday. As of Thursday I was dilated 1cm with "some effacement" I have an appointment tomorrow, I'm assuming she will talk induction but we'll see!
