  If you've never done yoga: get the Shiva Rae one.

  If you do yoga regularly: don't. I've liked my podcast from yogadownload more than the dvd's I've tried.

  I like 10 minute solutions Prenatal Pilates.  It was more stretching a toning and not all of that "find your center and recognize and be grateful for your body, blah blah blah" crap I find annoying sometimes about yoga.
