For me, there are a few that come to mind, but the one in particular would be Clue. I don't know why, but I just love that movie and never, ever get sick of it!
Some others would be: Dumb and Dumber, Airplane (are you seeing a pattern here?) etc.

OP - Clue is my ABSOLUTE favorite movie!!! I could pretty much recite every line.
Fools Rush In is my other fav that I could watch over and over.
I'm surprised that no one has mentioned it, but mine is Grease.
