Dear college kids,
I am pregnant, so I have a super sniffer. Because of the nature of my husband's job, I live in your hall. I am home at 2:30 in the afternoon. Don't be surprised when you light up a joint outside my door, I call my husband, and he comes to bust your ass. No I don't honestly care that you smoke pot. I do care that you smoke pot outside the room where I am trying to freaking gestate a child, and where said child will be sleeping within days. Sadly for you I am not one of those crazy ladies who thinks it helps have a "chill pregnancy." Please, I invite you to try this again when my child can stay safely in the apartment while I come after you myself, you will see what crazy is then!

Ugh, I know girls like this! It drives me crazy. They all say their OB recommended it if there was nothing that helped with m/s or sleeping and I call BS! I'm not going to get into all the facts, but I just don't think that there has been enough research (if any) on the long term effects that smoking pot has on an unborn child. Now that I'm pregnant, they all view me as some snobby b**** when DH and I decide to leave a friend's house as they get ready to "toke up." I didn't have a problem with smoking before, but I'm certainly not stupid enough to expose my unborn son to it, nor after he's born for that matter!
Didn't some girl on Teen Mom 2 smoke when she was pregnant? I'm pretty sure she said her OB recommended it as well. LOL!!! What a load of crap!
BTW, I'm not trying to start a stupid weed debate, just pointing out that girls like that drive me crazy!
Haha not to worry Annie, clearly I agree completely. My step-sister smoked with her first, and although she is just fine, even she has seen the light and was clean and sober for her second two. We just have to make the best choices we can for our LO's because they can't make them for themselves!
I am sooo thankful this is our last year of this. It has been great for us, but we are just ready to be done with the whole situation. Having our own place come this summer will be pure bliss...
