Hoping this goes somewhere

Doc stripped my membranes today - I'd been having regular 8-10 minute apart contractions with no stopping for over 12 hours and went in to be checked out for potential fluid leakage. She did it without telling me until after but I was going to ask her about it anyway at my appointment tomorrow.

Glad I opted to take a personal day from work today, I am so much more uncomfortable now! Hopefully it will continue to go somewhere...

ETA: Doctor gave me the option of going to L&D for monitoring, since I've had cervical change since last week and was having contractions in her office, but I came home. So much more comfy in a hoodie and sweats than a gown anyway!
