I'm feeling like a pregnancy newbie -- pressure down low?

I'm having a considerable amount of pressure pretty low.  I don't remember having anything like this until much later last time.

Is it something to be concerned about?

    I had it around your time last time, and I was pretty concerned.  The doctor wasn't, but she did an ultrasound anyway to make sure my cervix was still closed.  It was.  :-)  She told me it'd feel like that the rest of the time and to get a pregnancy belt.
