I had the SAME question. Hubby and i are trying to do it on our own with what we learned years ago. We have the old books and all but heard the point scale has changed. I dont know anyone who has followed W.W online.
Congrats on your weight lost- Hubby dropped 5 lbs in 2 weeks and me...0.5 lbs- go figure!
I was an online member pre-pregnancy and had great results. So much so that I joined again last week. To me, yes, it's worth the money. Even if you only sign up for a month to learn the new system it's worth it. As an EBF mom, WW suggests that a healthy weight loss is 1lb. a week after week #3. I'm not sure if it is the same for non-BF'ing momma's. I understand your frustration though. We all want results, and quick results are ideal!
