Still on L3 over here. I was originally going to stop on Wednesday but I may stretch it until the weekend. I also went out yesterday and bi=ought a 10 pound kettleball and a new Jillian DVD, Shred It with Weights. I will start that program when I finish this one. Funny story...when I was buying the new DVD at Best Buy, the cashier read the title and said, "Does anyone ever lose weight doing these at home videos?" I then told her about my progress and she ran over to the shelf and got her own copy of the 30 DS. I should get a kickback from Jillian for my promotions!

I'll be doing D14, L2 later today and am actually looking forward to it. I feel so good after doing it and I can feel the difference in my strength and endurance!!
Okay, D1 L1 today - started over after a 2 week hiatus... ugh. Felt sooo good to workout again! Hopefully I will be back to L2 before the end of the week!
How many #'s did you end up losing on the shred?
Morning all! Got up early this morning and completed D1, L1 before heading to work. That's more than I could say pre-pregnancy on D1. I feel great this morning. I have so much energy and am ready to go home and do it again. I'm sure my attitude won't stay this positive, but I'm ready for a change and am willing to put forth the effort needed. Now, I just need education on nutrition.

D22 L2 - Another extra day at level 2. Today was my weigh in day. I am now at the exact weight I started at - after gaining almost 3 pounds. My inches stalled from last week but I'm still down over 4 total inches from when I started.
I watched level 3 last night to see what to expect. I can totally see why some of you are modifying. Those jumping lunges and rockstar jumps look horrendous.

I still have a few more days until I am finished up with the 30DS but I am down 8 pounds ( TMI: I do have my period right now so it might actually be a little more). The real loss however is in the inches. I will do a final measurement in a few days but halfway through I had lost several inches in my thighs and waist.
