upset stomach

My son is 4 weeks old and exclusively breastfed. The last three days he has had a horrible stomach ache. He isnt having as many bowel movements as he should. I feel so bad for him as he cries in pain. I have tried warm bathes, moving his legs, laying on tummy but nothing helps. Any suggestions ?

    Perhaps try eliminating something you eat a lot of from your diet.  I know garlic, citris or broccoli can have a fussy effect on BF babies.

    I know when my babies were that age, they responded well to gripe water when they had gas pains.
