for those who did FET

hi ladies.. I wanted to know if any of you did acupuncture.. and if u think it helped your chances or not... TIA

I did FET. I did acupuncture once upon a time, but not recently. I did however do yoga twice a week, worked on my breathing and relaxing techniques at home as well. I don't know if it made a difference, but I will tell you that this was the first time I was actually relaxed, calm and had some sort of peace during a cycle...and, I'm pregnant. I think acupuncture can bring you the same type of calmness. It certainly can't hurt..

I did FET, but did not do acupuncture. My FET cycle that worked (currently pg with twins) was the cycle that I was the most "normal".... exercised how I wanted, ate how I wanted, enjoyed a glass of wine or 2.... nothing special or over the top. I was the least stressed during this FET cycle because I wasn't so consumed with trying to do other things to help it work. It worked on its own!

My REs office offered acupuncture right before and right after FET so we did it. I'm not sure if it actually did anything but I am pregnant! GL to you!

Well I tried it one time and absolutely hated it. I did it right after my baseline appointment for our FET. It stressed me out way more than it relaxed me. So my advice to you is if you haven't ever done it before is to try it before you start cycling so you know if it's something you will like or not. Good luck!

I did. No idea if it helped, but I figured it was worth a shot. I also did intralipids for the same reason.Can't hurt, might hlep.
