Is there any Night time urgent cares?

I have tried to google it & I am coming up with nothing. I am looking for one that is open all night long. Mr. A has a fever (that we are watching very closely) but this got me to wonder if we have any night timeurgent cares or would we have to take him to the ER if it got worse.

Not that I'm aware of, most urgent cares are open into the evening, overnight you have to go to the ER. Some insurance plans have a 24 hr nurse line you can at least call to get some guidance.

ER it is

The other night, Liv's fever was up around 104* even with Motrin in her system. I was staying up to monitor her, when she started coughing/wheezing and getting the fever shakes/chills. We were just going to hang out at home and watch her, when her little body started convulsing, so we headed to the ER.

Turns out that is completely normal for high fevers in kids, and nothing to worry about. The triage nurse rolled her eyes at me when I told her the reason we came in was because of the convulsions, not necessarily the fever.

Anyway, sorry for the hi-jack. I'm not aware of any late-night options besides the ER.

Hope he is feeling better this am!

Just to reiterate the new Two Twelve Medical Center in Chaska has a 24 hour Urgent Care and ER. They staff a Children's Hospital MD a great deal of the time or have someone on call. I've done a tour and it's a very nice looking facility and great staff!

You should call your doctor's office and one of the doctors will be on call. They can offer advice on whether you need to seek further treatment and would tell you where to go as well.
