Care To Join Me For A Drink?

I am mentally exhausted at this point. It was a long day at the hospital today. My earlier post: https://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/48839593.aspx Update: No real change. My mom's BF needed a blood transfusion today to stabilize him. The lesion on his brain is still getting larger, so surgery is a posibility. He is still not moving his right side, so they are thinking he may have had a stroke as well. There was one bright spot today. My mom was finally able to see him and when she was holding his hand and talking to him, he squeezed her hand. A Grey Goose and 7 sure sounds good right now!

    I'm really sorry.

    I've had that kind of week. My sister's FIL died, then my Aunt died a day later. Today was the funeral for my Aunt, and my younger sister had to be rushed to the hospital at the end of the day. 

    Honestly, I'm on my third drink. And I have to get up for church in the morning. Even though really, I've been at church for the past 4 days.

    I've had that kind of week. My sister's FIL died, then my Aunt died a day later. Today was the funeral for my Aunt, and my younger sister had to be rushed to the hospital at the end of the day. 

    Honestly, I'm on my third drink. And I have to get up for church in the morning. Even though really, I've been at church for the past 4 days.

    I know what you mean. I am sure I will be a couple drinks in when I go to bed tonight to get up early, pack the kiddos up and drop them off at my inlaws and spend the day at the hospital. I hope your sister is ok. It seems like when it rains it pours. My mom just had food surgery because she broke it in a few places. Her BF just got finished taking care of her for 6 weeks. Now it will be her turn to take care of him.
