So far this has been one awesome Saturday morning. DH wanted waffles so he made some for breakfast, he also made me bacon which is amazing because he can't stand bacon and he read some where that I shouldn't be eating it so I haven't been able to have any since I've been pregnant without him giving me funny looks. Now I'm laying on the couch enjoying a Glee marathon (I'm an ex choir nerd so I love this stuff), and DH is painting my toes cuz I can't reach them anymore, I'm sure they'll be a mess but I also can't see my toes very well so who cares?. I hope the rest of the day goes well! Anyone else have anything particularly good going on this weekend? or has DH done anything nice for you this week?

Sounds like you're having a fantastic day! Glad you're enjoying it! I had a friend say she couldn't eat bacon while pg either... something about nitrites? Oops. I've only seen one episode of Glee, so maybe I should try and catch that marathon - my mom, sister, and best friends are all obsessed (and I was a choir nerd as well!). Any advice for me on convincing MH to paint my toes?
I'm still hanging around in my PJ's, DH is at work, and I'm debating on whether or not to go to the grocery store... but since it's so darn cold outside, I think I'm going to stay parked right here in this chair and watch some tv.
I am so envious. DH hardly rubs my feet when I beg him to - I'd do anything to get him to paint my toe nails! I'm also just being a lazy cheapass who doesn't want to pay $45 for a pedi (my part of town is fing expensive).
The nicest thing DH did this week was NOT ask me my weight gain at the dr appointment. He'd never let me live down the fact that I've gained 25.5lbs.

This is the second time DH has painted my toes since I've been pregnant. I pointed out that it was starting to get warmer (almost a whole 70 last week) and I said I needed to paint my toes so I don't scare people when I wear sandals (only about half of my nail had paint on it). I said I couldn't reach my toes so I'd need to go get a pedicure unless he wanted to paint them for me. He didn't like the idea but he did like that it was free rather than paying for a pedicure. Especially since I'm not working anymore so we're trying to eliminate unecessary expenses. He tried the excuse that he would do a bad job and get it on my skin. I responded by pointing out how I can barely see my toes and wouldn't notice any mistakes. Besides if there is any paint on my toes it'll come off in the next day or two in the shower.

I went to the mall to go to Motherhood Maternity...only the store moved to Macy's but Macy's said they have no maternity store... I walked around for nothing all sweating and hot, very annoyed!
My DH spoiles me and I never ask for anything he just does it.
Nothing going on this weekend. My DD loves Glee I'm not a fan but I do watch it with her every week just to spend time with her.

It's going great here too. Maternity photos this morning (which were taken by a couple we're friends with who are photographers...they told us today that they are doing maternity, newborn and 3/6/9 month photos for us for free because I was their doula...sweet!). Then we went out for lunch with them after.
This afternoon my DH finished painting the doors of the nursery and installing child-proof electrical outlets and new doorknobs and light switches (which he is doing through the whole house....think he's nesting). So, everything is done in the nursery except for the little decorative details.
Dinner date with DH in an hour!
I love weekends.....
