Saturday Shredding Check In

Hi All!

The weekend is here and I know there are lot of extra excuses to not find those 20 minutes (I am going to give you mine!) but try to work it in today!  I am having my family birthday party this evening (cake, icecream, the whole shebang!) so I will ABSOLUTELY be shredding tonight and maybe some extra cardio too.  I also plan on taking my kids to our indoor playground and that will burn some extra calories as well.  I cannot believe I only have 5 days left until I have made it through the original 30!!!

  • You have awesome motivation!!  Good luck today!! I got up this morning and did Day 2 of Level 2 and WOW!!!  It is so tough for me right now!!  I feel like I'm out of breath for 20 minutes straight!!  Please tell me it does get easier!?!?  I feel so good after I'm done though.  My muscles are sore again which makes me think I'm doing something right.  I was only sore for the first day on L1 so it feels good to feel the effects of my work paying off.  I've kind of hit a wall on weight loss at about 3 lbs so I'm hoping L2 kicks that up a notch but I definitely feel stronger and I lost an inch on my hips since last Friday.  None on my waist yet but I hope pushing through will help that!!  Good luck ladies....push through today!!

  • I agree... It's easy to make excuses on the weekends.  I must do the workout first thing in the morning - otherwise I'll get sucked in to that trap.  Today was my last day of L2.  I'm going to continue a few more day of level 2 because I'm not up to where I want to be.

    Great job to all the shredders and keep it up!  It's not easy.
