  I think it's Jee-AH-duh, like Giada DiLaurentiis, the TV chef. Pretty name, especially if you have an Italian background.

  white folk from the west coast like me (as in not itallian) pronounce it gee-ah-dah i dont think there is a "proper way" to pronounce a name it depends on your "accent" or where you come from
