How do I get Target to send me cool stuff?!

My cousin, who is also pg, recently got a little book from Target in the mail that was for expectant mothers. It had a coupon for a free 20.00 gift card when you open a registry!

Does anyone know how I can get Target to send me cool pregnancy stuff with free gift cards??

I get stuff from Target all the time. The only thing I can think of is I do those surveys that are on the receipts. They ask for your address and stuff.
