Getting increasingly dizzier

My BP is normal and I don't really know of any other reason this could be happening, but is anyone else feeling pretty dizzy lately? I'm particularly dizzy tonight and don't like it, but it's definitely been happening a good bit over the last week. I'm hoping this is normal...?

Re: Getting increasingly dizzier

  • I was feeling really dizzy all day yesterday, but finally after I ate some protein and drank some orange juice and started feeling better. Make sure you are still eating a balanced diet, which is what I was reminded of yesterday. Call your doctor if you are really concerned about it.

  • I have been feeling the same way and discussed it with my OB yesterday. She said to eat more protein and I have. I have felt better from it. Hope that helps!

  • Sounds like a blood sugar issue.  I know I am having a hard time eating (feeling nausea and not hungry at all) so I have been forcing myself to eat.  Like pp, the protein will last you a longer time and for an immediate pick up fruit/juice work great.  If it gets worse I would call your OB just in case.
