OK, so I joined Amazon mom. I've been ordering diapers and getting the 30% off, plus an additional 20% off with a coupon from the American Baby magazine. (You can get it for free at BRU.) Well, I was reading on babycheapskate.com that you can stack the coupons that begin with the letters YJ and YT. The YJ coupons are are in the American Baby magazine. I found the YT coupons in a magazine called Baby Talk (also free in BRU). So, after the 30% subscribe and save discount and two 20% off coupons, I got a case of Pamper Swaddlers Size 1-2 (234 count) for $12.89! Normal price is $42.99 a case!

I found both of the magazines on the Registry counter in BRU. You have to sign up for Amazon mom on Amazon.com. When you pick your diapers, you have to pick ones that have "Subscribe and save" on the right. After you select your credit card, etc you will come to a page that will have an option to put a promo code in. Put the first coupon in and hit "apply". Then do the second coupon and hit "apply." Both coupons will come off. The best part is the 20% offs come off of the original price, not after the first 30% for doing the subscribe and save. So you truly save a full 70% off!! Also, after you place your order you can go into your account and cancel the subscribe and save so that they don't continue to send them to you.

WOW!! TFS! I hope that trick still works later in the year. I'm not going to buy much of anything until the baby is here. I am going to buy a few small packages of diapers to see which I like best before I stockpile.

yeah i love it when those amazon coupon codes stack. i cloth diaper, but they work for those too. a while back i was able to stack 4 of them! i got an amazing discount on my diapers. amazon mom is great! i think you get free shipping for 3 months, and then each month after that you spend $25, they add on another free month of shipping.

BRU=Babies R Us. As far as the Amazon membership goes, you don't have to cancel it. What you do is go into your account and go to "manage subscribe and save." Cancel your subscription for that product. Then I just redid the subscribe and save like it didn't even exist in my account and it worked!

That really IS an awesome deal! Wow! But I would caution you against stocking up on too many diapers. We use cloth, but I've heard from a lot of moms who use disposables that not all diapers work with all babies. Some find huggies are great, others find pampers are the only ones that work for their baby. Still others try out huggies and pampers only to discover that the store brand is the one that doesn't leak for their baby. I think there's a lot of guess and check with diapers, so I'd just caution you to make too much of a stockpile only to discover that they ones you've purchased don't work for your baby.

ebates is similar to Discover in the fact that when you make purchases at many retailers you get a certain % cash back on them, but different because it is not a credit card. You just need to go to ebates.com and go to your other website through them so they can track your spending. They give cash back from 1-8% (don't quote me on this) for most purchases.

how do i know what sizes to buy?

i am a complete novice. i dont want to stock up on a bunch of stuff i cant use. can someone please tell me what sizes (and brands??) to buy? i will go to BRUS and get the 2 magazine when my town thaws.

Must go to BRU this weekend... but I'm not quite motivated to make the 30 minute drive - why must they all be out in the suburbs? People in the city have babies, too!

yes ma'am you can use it on cloth. are you on diaperswappers? they have a thread going with all of the brands that work with the coupons. i posted above last time they had a stacker coupon i stacked 4 and got some babykicks organic fitteds for like, nothing.
