LO is just about 3 months and she seems to want to go to bed earlier and earlier. We used to put her to bed around 7:30-8 but now it seems like closer to 6-6:30 is when she shows signs of wanting to sleep. That just seems so early. She does not nap well during the day so I am thinking maybe she needs an earlier bed time to make up for the few naps she takes.

ETA: This is how it goes regardless of his daily naps. Sometimes he naps all day and other days he just takes little cat naps.

It's getting earlier and earlier because he's been a craptastic napper lately. We recently moved it to around 8:30, but tonight we moved it back again to 8:00. I wouldn't be surprised if we have to move it even earlier within the next few days. The kid just refuses to take a nap in the late afternoon/early evening. It's like 5:00 rolls around and he just decides he's done sleeping until it's bedtime. No matter what I do I cannot get him to take another little nap after that time.
And like pp's have said, he seems to wake around the same times no matter what time he goes down. Last night he was asleep at 8:30, woke to eat at 2:45, then woke again to eat around 6:45, then back to sleep until about 10:00 when he was up for the day.
DS1 went to bed at 6:30 for a long time! Now he goes to bed at 7:30, at 16 months.
DS2 doesn't go to bed until 9pm but I am sure that will get earlier as he gets older.
