  I have this one by Breville and use it just as often as my oven. I LOVE it. I use it way more than any other appliance in my kitchen.

  we use our toaster oven all.of.the.time.  I'd say we use it 90% more than our regular oven and it's so much quicker.  I made cornbread the other day, the recipe says to bake for 35 min - it was done in 20.

  chicken, fish, veggies, whatever, all go in there.

  My mom has a microwave that doubles as a convection oven and I looooooove it. We also have a toaster oven that I use at least once dailly to heat up small plates of food for the boys.

  I have this one, it's neat because it doubles as a toaster. I use it pretty often, when something is too small to be re heated in the oven or if you don't feel like waiting for the oven to preheat, this goes really fast. Some foods I do in there are like pizza, bagel bites, and garlic cheese toast.

  I just got an email from Sur La Table about that Breville oven! They have it on sale right now for $180. I think a little Super Bowl shopping is in order.

  Thanks, I saw that as well. I wonder how the compact one compares to the full-size version that Jenn has? Looks like I need to do some research...
