I spend most of my days completely topless since I spend most of my days at home. I dread going out because my boobs get smooched and sore in my nursing bras/tanks with breast pads. I am EBF and finding it very difficult to figure out what to wear to bed at night. I want to avoid wearing breast pads to bed but I either leak all over my shirt or the sheets. I sleep with an extra blanket under me but once LO wakes up for a feeding I am leaking all over the blanket and then him with my other breast forcing me to change his clothes in the middle of the night. Any suggestions on what to wear to bed and not leak everywhere? Not sure if this is just a "let-down" phase but it is quite annoying!
Thanks!

First of all, I'd seriously rethink not wearing a bra, ever... the extra weight of the milk in your boobs will pull them down, stretch out and make them saggy. Personally I wear either a nursing tank or bra and underpants to bed. The leaking everywhere constantly stopped for me around a week after my milk came in, because my body got used to the amount of milk my kid usually wanted and adjusted supply accordingly. My 'off' boob still tingles and expresses a little milk during letdown, but it's just a few drops.
You may want to look into different types of nursing pads (the johnson & johnson ones have a depression in them to accommodate a nipple, but not all do). There are other products like the medela softshells ( https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2403244 ) which can prevent rubbing and help catch the extra milk. You may also want to call the LLL and see if they have suggestions.
Nursing tanks and bras, and whatever cami's that are easy-access and have built-in bra's.
Thanks so much for all the advice. I wear a nursing tank pretty much all day and all night. I use the Lansinoh breast pads during the day (when I'm not airing the 'ladies' out) and just started using cloth pads to bed, aka baby wash cloths folded up. This is to prevent any type of infection or thrush since the pads can hold in a lot of moisture. I'm looking into buying actual cloth breast pads from etsy or bed bath and beyond.
Thanks again!
