coming home outfit...

I haven't picked one out yet. Well I have one in the bag but I don't feel attached or anything. I don't really want to spend the money on one but somehow everyone makes this seem soo important. I mean it's cold out and that isn't going to change in 2 weeks so really he's going to be in a snow outfit thing anyways. anyone else pick out something?

    OMG I am soo glad you posted this.  I'm going to bring one of those bundle up fleece sacks with a hood for my little man b/c it's like 20 degrees out but other than that I have nothing picked out and I honestly don't give a crap.  I'll bring a few "newborn sized" outfits and a few 0-3 month outfits just in case he's big and I'll figure it out there.  I did not go out an buy a "going home outfit"  If I did he'd be able to wear it for like a week?

    whatever baby goes home in will be HIS outfit.  It could be a burlap sack, and that would be the most special burlap sack.  Don't sweat the small stuff.

    Maybe it matters if you're really into fashion. I hear what you're saying, I don't know why anyone would fuss obsessively over this, isn't the baby itself cute enough? 

    I just want him to be comfy & warm so I'm taking a footed pj & blanket to the hospital & he'll be adorable.

    We are taking two special outfits to the hospital... one says Daddy's Little Princess and the other says Little Sister.  Since she will be both, we are bringing both, however, she will probably come home in the Little Sister one, since the boys are SO EXCITED to meet her.  (They have been trying to bribe her out for the past 2 weeks.)
